Annual Dues PAY PAL Form

Use our Pay Pal system to pay your annual dues online with your credit card or your own Pay Pal account.

Just click the drop down to select the dues amount, click the "Buy Now" button and you will be directed to the secure Pay Pal site.

Check your info and select your method of payment and Pay Pal will send you an invoice.

All you have to do is email that invoice to treasurer@countrylakefarm.org with your property addess and you're done!

Dues for 2020 are $ 325.00.

Paypal users are $335.00

A $10 convenience fee is added to cover Pay Pal costs and is already included in the price.

All dues must be paid before March 31, 2020 to avoid late fees and other penalties.
